STUFFED SWEET POTATOS

6 Sweet Potatos (Your Choice of Size)

1/2 teaspoon of Salt

2 Tablespoons of Butter (Or Margarine)

Enough Thin Cream (Or Milk) to Moisten Potatos

Bake the Potatos, slice in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers. Save the skins of the Potatos. Mash the Potato centers and add the Salt, Butter, and the Cream. Place the mixture back into the saved skins and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a VERY HOT oven (450F) for about 5 minutes. Serves 6. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
