MezzamaniaAre you a "mezzamaniac"? If so, you've come to the right place. On this special page devoted to bringing you all of the d:facts you can feast on all of the known information about Mezzamorphis. I have tried to put all of the info in article form as well as give you my opinion. Here goes . . . Mezzamorphis, in case you are wondering, is the name of the next deliriou5? album. Full of excitement most of the songs have been hidden from us in the States. I'v heard only "Heaven", "Mezzanine Floor", and "Bliss". Both songs explore different musical territory than King of Fools, the previous d:album. I have heard that "Heaven" is the weakest song on Mezzamorphis. And anybody who has heard "Heaven" will agree that it is definitely not a "weak" song! deliriou5? have been working on Mezzamorphis since January of 1998. Why so long? There are two reasons. First, the trans-atlantic flights to North America this past year cut into recording time. Secondly, the band has a persistent desire to get this album right. Since deliriou5? have been working on Mezzamorphis so long it has given them more time to show the fans where they are going. The song which has been played the most is "Heaven". "Heaven" has been played since at least March of 1998 but the songs such as "Bliss", "Mezzanine Floor", "See the Star", "It's OK", and "Metamorphosis" haven't been played to the public until recently. There are some songs, such as "Follow" and "Isn't He Beautiful" which haven't been played for the public. As for all albums, there must be some surprises! Preceding every d:abulm is an accompanying single. This album's single, titled See the Star, it is reputed to contain "See the Star", "Follow", A Jon Thatcher remix of "Obsession", and a CD-ROM of the "See the Star" video. This is a double CD and they are throwing in a special carboard CD holder for buyers of both CD's. Unfortunately, I know that this article will be out of date shortly. Because of that I will be put up bulletins with news info and I will be making a special Mezzamorphis page. Please come back often and let me know what you think of this article. "I'm not backing down..."
