Microsoft is delaying the official release of its patch for Outlook 98 and 2000 email software. This is probably due to the hue and cry over the initial version.

Yet another Love Bug variant out there, named FireBurn. The only interesting aspects to this one is that it hides IRC messages with the words "script,", "virus," or "worm" in them. It also disables the keyboard and mouse if it is active on June 20th, which makes recovery a bit of a problem.
