Printables

Printables are pre-made templates, cards and more. You can download the patterns, customize and print out. The Internet is a wealth of resources for printables, paper dolls, airplanes and much more.

Boy, did I have a blast at the links that I've included in the top 5. There are a lot of fun printables on the Internet and I was lost in the first one! Printables can be personalized in Paint Shop Pro, Photo Impact and some can be done in graphics programs such as Create-A-Card and Print Artist.

There are a lot of uses for these such as, activity booklets, packets to give out as gifts, party gifts, for home schooling and use in the classroom. There are so many possible ways to use and have fun with the coloring pages, mazes, mobiles, note cards, to do lists and more.

You can even save some and print them on the fly for a visiting child or for your own children to keep them busy. Many sites also have lesson plans to go with printables or books that you can purchase to compliment the printable word search puzzles, paper dolls, alphabets and more.

I highly recommend Jan Brett's Author site. There are a lot of great projects to do and print out. There are also lesson plans to go with the books that she has written. Also check out Nick Jr. for coloring pages, crafts and games that you can print out and play online.

Printables are plentiful on the Internet and offer a great variety for children of all ages. I was having a hard time pulling myself away.

Have fun and enjoy,

Anna
