Survival Kits

Have you ever wanted to give a gift that is different but useful? Survival kits are great. You can make one for any occasion and they are always recieved warmly.

A survival kit can be packaged any way that is appropriate for the occasion or situation.

Most survival kits will come with a card or tag with a poem or a list of what each item is used for or its meaning.

A lot of the items that you can include in the survival kit can be made on your computer, as well as the label for items.

For example you might want to give a survival kit to a teacher. Some items that you may want to include are:

1. Bathsalts--To take you away when you deserve a break.
2. Band-Aid--for when things get rough.
3. Hugs and Kisses for when you need a hug.

And the list goes on. For each item you might want to make a simple tag using a business card template to make the note-card that you can attach to each item. You can personalize these in any way you wish and add an appropriate graphic.

The above survival kit and many more can be found the web site called Creative Heart. This site offers many different types of kits with verses to go with each. There is also a mailing list that has recently started to get ideas for Survival kits.

Once you get going on these kits they can become addicting and your imagination will kick in and you may come up with other ideas that you hadn't thought of before.

These kits make wonderful gifts and are always fun to share with others.

Enjoy,

Anna
