Comic-Con International

Comic-Con International ( http://www.comic-con.org/ ) is the largest North American comics event. Their press release just about says it all, except that I will be on the comic strip panel Friday morning July 21st (and maybe the panel later that day on how to get syndicated).

COMIC-CON INTERNATIONAL: SAN DIEGO set for July 20-23, 2000!

The biggest event of its kind in North America, Comic-Con International is THE place for fans of comic books, movie memorabilia, action figures and all things related to pop-culture. Held every year in San Diego, CA, Comic-Con International features the largest gathering of comic book publishers, creators and professionals of any convention or event of its kind anywhere!

Comic-Con International: San Diego isn't just about comic books, though. Exhibitors at Comic-Con International: San Diego include television and movie studios previewing their new projects and offering a chance for you to meet, and get autographs from, your favorite media stars in an atmosphere and setting unseen and unmatched by any other event anywhere!

Be sure to make plans to attend Comic-Con International July 20-23, 2000 (and, if you're a retailer or comic book industry professional, the Comic Book Expo Trade Show and Pro / Con, July 18-19) at the San Diego Convention Center.
