The creators of Ren & Stimpy have a web site devoted to internet animations. You will find a ton of different animations, many of which are (shall we say) on the edge. If you're into hip, and I know you are, check out Spumco at http://www.spumco.com/

The animations are generally quite short, and the download time is long over a 56k modem. Over time, as downloads become faster, this art form will almost certainly flourish.
