There is a lot of mediocre material on the Internet, and comic strip Web sites are no different. The following is the first installment of cartoons with the best Web sites or which are funniest. I have also narrowed it down to just the professionally syndicated cartoons (although there are some very good aspiring cartoonists which I often enjoy more).
