As for making this business a successful one, so far it's required tremendous hours, nerves of steel, the willingness to believe in our talent and face down tough fears. From a business perspective, organization, goal setting, long and short term plans, flexibility, and meeting deadlines are critical to the success of the business. Most critical is the willingness to risk everything, ask for help, make mistakes, and the determination to succeed at all costs. Having reliable artists really helps. Ethics is paramount. Getting subscribers and a strong Direct Sales In store and Online is proving to be essential.
