================================= Thursday October 15, 12:13 pm Eastern Time Marvel names new board of directors NEW YORK, Oct. 15 (Reuters) - Marvel Enterprises Inc., engaged in comic book publishing and toy business, said Thursday that it named its board of directors and chairman after Marvel Entertainment Inc., its old entity was bought by Toy Biz Inc. on Oct. 1. Morton Handel was named chairman of the new company, Marvel Enterprises said Thursday in a statement. He is the president of S&H Consulting Ltd., and director of numerous companies including CompUsa Inc.
