Ahh, Spring Break...
So where do you go and what do you do on your spring break? It used to be that you jumped in the car and headed on a road trip to Daytona Beach, Florida where you ALWAYS met the person of your dreams (then the booze wore off...). That was fun for a while. But now we have the more convenient method of travel - flying - which takes us to even more exotic locations. Mexico is now a widely popular choice of travel for Spring Breakers. I actually met my husband on my Spring Break in Mexico few years back. We were both staying at the same hotel when we met and shared 4 days of fun. Then we were reluctantly flown back to our separate homes to our separate lives, feeling sad and lonely. I was a Kentuckian attending UK and he was a Canadian living in Toronto. 4 1/2 years of a long distance relationship kept us together and we now live happily ever after. Not every story ends up the same way, however. Different people have different intentions. You're going away to take a break from the real world where you will some fun with your friends. Take care of each other, have a blast and come home with a tan!
