23. Boise State vs. Louisiana Tech. The Broncos are better than you know. The Bulldogs are terrible. Result: Boise State wins big.
24. TCU - BYE
25. Bowling Green vs. South Florida. Bowling Green's undefeated season is gone, and these South Florida Bulls aren't even on the national radar, but you'd better believe they're still a good team. South Florida wins in the cold nether-regions of northern Ohio.
