I hope that you are convinced that weight loss is not a quick fix, but a life long plan, of eating better and exercising. The best plan is to just get started. The more you exercise and eat better the more motivated you will be to keep going. Remember it takes about four weeks to see results from an exercise program. Find an exercise you like and stick with it or jump around. If you are feeling down try to convince yourself to do it for just five or ten minutes.
