Movies to rent:

Twentieth Century (1934)
My Man Godfrey (1936)
Nothing Sacred (1937)
Mr. and Mrs. Smith (1941)
To Be or Not to Be (1942)

Biographies:

Screwball: The Life of Carole Lombard, Larry Swindell, 1975
Films of Carole Lombard, F.W. Ott, 1973
Gable and Lombard, Warren G. Harris, 1974

All of these books are out of print. I did find them for sale on alibris.com, the used book seller, but their prices run from about $15 for a paperback to $304 for a first edition.

If you want to save some cash, don't underestimate your local used book store. I found a copy of the Gable and Lombard book for less than a dollar!

Also check out your library, as they tend to carry many out-of-print books. Often libraries can order you books from other locations as well.
