A very young Recording Artist Minister Greg Harris, 58, broadcasts "Early Morning Gospel" from 6-7:30 a.m. Sundays. The semi-retired, Shreveport, Louisiana native has been dedicated to traditional gospel music and supports the contemporary hip-hop gospel as "gospel for a younger generation."Harris' determination is fostered by trying to inspire and uplift someone that might be down. In addition, he tries to reach out to those who cannot make it to church: the sick, shut-in, and those in jail. Greg has appeared on Bobby Jones Gospel and has graced the stage with Gospel artists such as Albertina Walker, Kirk Franklin, Lee Williams, The Chicago Mass Choir, Five Young Men, Evangelist Esther Smith and many others. Greg Harris & The Little Rock Community Choir have performed on the Bobby Jones Gospel Explosion and have aired on the BET Network.
The recording of their new release on Leo Records is a Live Recording titled "Your Worst Is Over And Your Best Is Yet To Come" which captures the attention through the combination of lyrics, skillfully mixed talent and outstanding musical arrangements. This project has been serviced to gospel radio announcers on a national level. The opening track, "What Did You Bring?" is a song that motivates us to give to the Lord for a change, and puts us on the road toward change, restoration, deliverance and healing.
