Shelley Gaines has taken the gospel music world by storm with her heartfelt lyrics of hope and strong vocals. Shelley began singing at the age of three in her home town of San Diego, California, and she always had a passion for music. She attended the Carmel Baptist Church until the age of nineteen and at the age of 22 joined a local musical group known as "Blessed." She tours places such as Las Vegas and San Francisco. Her inspirational gospel artists include Yolanda Adams, and Tonex.
She shares a musical talent and message to her listeners. Her debut Urban Contemporary, entitled "The Gift" seems destined to be a favorite with music fans. The songs are written by both Shelley and Tonex, as well as production by Shelley, Tonex and Levi Wheeler, The 11 song track are filled with praises and singing hymns of Jesus with style and flair. The songs are carefully and deliberately chosen to reach the youth.
