The United Voices Of Trenton, N.J. was formed by professor Craig A. Hayes in the late 1980's at Grace Pentecostal Church in South Trenton N.J. Professor Hayes brought together The Preacher Boys Band and a group of fourteen singers to organize the choir. The choir includes men and women from Pennsylvania and New Jersey, representing churches of all denominations displaying there God given talent. The choir’s debut service was held at the Friendship Baptist Church in Trenton. The group has appeared in concert with many famous gospel artists including Fred Hammond, Donald Lawrence, Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams, and many others. The Choir has been nominated for the Gospel Music Excellenc Awards and the Soul Train Awards. The United Voices of Trenton, NJ has recorded two albums "Bright Glory, "Live in Montreal", and a live concert video "Live in Columbus Ohio" on April 23, 1999. Craig Hayes and the United Voices latest project titled "Live in Philadelphia" is a strong collection of songs with excellent melodies, choir, lyrics and supporting band. Some of the songs include "Oh Give Thanks, where Hayes vibrantly displays an anthem of gratitude, and for the Jamaica inspired "Worthy to Be Praised". Other songs include "Be Thou Exalted", I Have an Assurance" and the for the fresh classic contemporary Gospel sound in "Love Lifted Me". Track List to "Live in Philadelphia".
