Feels Like RainThe contemporary gospel quartet Men of Standard has established itself as one of the industry's most popular contemporary male groups comprised of vocalists Bryan Pierce, Lowell Pye, Michael Bacon, and Isaac Carre. The group was originally formed by Pye and Carre who are both veterans of John P. Kee's New Life Community Choir. Bryan Pierce who is a former Youth Pastor at New Orleans' Greater St. Stephens church joined the group later with Michael Bacon. The four men were brought together under some interesting circumstances and continue to thrive under adversity. But Lowell, Michael, Bryan and Isaac appear to be grounded in the Word. They're committed as singing disciples and they hold to a 'standard' that is pure and true. Men Of Standard have been compared to great groups like Commissioned & The Winans, and have toured with talented artists Fred Hammond, Yolanda Adams and Donnie McClurkin. Men of Standard's self-titled debut album "Feels Like Rain" is a foot-tapping laid back album with a contemporary and traditional feel. God has anointed and blessed the album. The track's first song "Nothing Like Heaven." has a strong bass line and quality production. Assisting Men Of Standard in the producer's arena are Fred Hammond with "Lord You're Everything" composed of an urban praise and worship track and "My Love For You Will Go On,". Men of Standards's smooth harmonies and individual vocal talents never get lost in these tracks. Other stand out cuts include "God Take Care Of Me" and "Coming Home." One of the strengths of our new album is its versatility, and its ability to reach a wide audience.
