Spiritual LoveTrin-i-tee 5:7's continue to minister to people through their music and tight lyrics. They are a great group with a positive message of Jesus Christ. These young ladies pour out their hearts with wonderful encouraging and uplifting lyrics in a special way. Their latest album titled "Spiritual Love", comprised of Adrian, Angel, and Chanelle has an excellent contemporary and gospel beat. There songs have a flavorful mixture of R&B, hip-hop and Gospel. The melodies is modern, and the the lyrics is scripture-based and rooted in goodness which is the reason why Spiritual Love is currently at the No. 1 spot on Billboard's Gospel Chart. The group deals with current issues in a manner that is both useful and realistic. For example, on "My Body" Trin-i-tee clearly addresses the issue of abstinence with authority. "My body is the Lord's temple!" and manages to do so without sounding trite and sheltered. It's not "Just Say No!", it's HOW to say no." Additional highlights of the album are appearances by Crystal Lewis on the song, "I Promise You" with a smooth balladic hit. Also, includes the Toni Braxton's hit, "You're Making Me High" into the musical arena, and the mega-hit "God's Grace" which brings the songwriting and and production of R. Kelly back into the picture. "Put Your Hand in the Hand", is an excellent example of how Trin-i-tee takes the old and merges it with the new. The trio pay homage to Mahalia Jackson, Mattie Moss Clark, Shirley Caesar, and Albertina Walker in tribute to the women in Gospel that have cleared the path, Also, joining the group is renowned Tramaine Hawkins for a spin on a revised "Highway to Heaven", who render a nice delivery on something old, made new. Overall, Spiritual Love is a good project with a positive message and an upbeat tempo to its listerners. These talented ladies indeed have a special way of ministering there music to people.
