Feature news: Shrek 3? Bleck.Bleck 3 Oh gawd, not another teen anxiety about being royal movie. Oh gawd, not another Shrek movie. Oh gawd, they're one and the same? Yes, it turns out Shrek 3 will star acting vertuoso Justin Timberlake as Artie, a young pre-King Arthur. Artie incidently is Queen Lillian's nephew. Shrek must teach the rebellious teen how to act like royalty. My advice? Save your money and buy The Princess Diaries, its much more enjoyable than this May 18, 2007 flick sounds like it will be. According to USA Today, there may be a baby involved, but it's not necessarily Shrek's as the hype had previously suggested. Did Fiona have an affair? My money's on it being between Donkey and that dragon. As at the end of Shrek 2, the King of Far, Far Away turned into a frog, Shrek and Fiona are now King and Queen of the kingdom. Uncomfortable with the roles, they seek out the old king to turn him back into a human. According to DreamWorks Jeffery Katzenberg, "Along the way, Shrek invents the Round Table, chivalry. Donkey is the Lady in the Lake with the sword. You get it." Sure Jeffy, we get it, it just isn't all that funny. Back in the Kingdom of Far, Far Away, Prince Charming attempts a coup d'etat, but is foiled when Fiona organizes all the princesses into an underground Resistance movement. Cameron Diaz, Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, and Antonio Banderas reprise their roles. DreamWorks has other films in development, including Over The Hedge (2006), Bee Movie (November 2007) and Flushed Away (2006, Aardman's first CGI film). And of course, there's going to be a sequel to Madagascar. So what if no one's seen it, start a sequel. Moving Castle comes from Oscar-winning anime studio Amazing how animated films are suddenly the hotest jobs in Hollywood for the silver screen's brightest. Even dubs, traditionally a word to shutter at, now get tons of star-wattage. From the creator of the Academy Award-winning anime film Spirited Away comes Howl's Moving Castle. The English version features the voices of Christian Bale, Billy Crystal, Jean Simmons, Blythe Danner and Hollywood legend Lauren Bacall. The film debuts in theatres June 10th. The monster with high hopes Another man named Christian, Christian Bale, will play Igor in an upcoming 3D animated short called Igor: Unholy Frijoles.
