Ogre turns into rat
Late breaking news... DreamWorks likes being, okay, can't say that. But they really like to be scum-baggy scoundrels, and go for the lowest move possible. What the lowest common denominator is doing this time is changing their DVD release date for Shrek 2. What's completely wrong, dirty and low about that, you may ask? As with Shrek to Monsters Inc., the Shrek 2 DVD will come out the same day that The Incredibles is released in theatres, November 5th. Ratzenberg's brainy little move even is screwing with the normal US video release calendars. Traditionally, videos come out on Tuesdays, and its been this way ever since the home entertainment industry really took off in the eighties. But no, Mr. Jeffery is to darned high on his donkey to give a care towards normality. What is this guy's problem? His studio survives on leachery. Pixar's announced its creating a movie about a clumsy ant, and a bunch of bugs? Create one about a neurotic ant, and a bunch of ants. Disney's creating a movie about pirates who sail in space, instead of the high seas? Let's do the same, who cares if it'll be so bad it's a sin. They're creating a movie about monsters? Let's adapt a story about an ogre, and release it first. They're doing a fish story? Let's do a tale about sharks. Who is Delgo? Freddie Prince Jr.
The movie had held an online contest to "guess the voice actor", in response to countless emails and discussions on Internet message boards, pondering the subject. Producer and co-director Marc F. Adler commented that "we decided to have some fun with it and give our fans the chance to win prizes for their guesses." Puss in Boots feature raises question "Why?"
