While his co-hosts on the "Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade" (11:00 to 1:00 pm EST, on ABC in the US and 10:00 to 2:00 EST, on CBC in Canada) have come and gone, Regis seems to have become a fixture on the annual special. Philbin hosts again this year, for his third time with "Live with Regis and Kelly" co-host, Kelly Ripa.

In its milestone 20th annual broadcast this year, the wonderful special has just as many talented guests appearing as ever before. The show features performances by Enrique Igelsias, "American Idol" runner-up (who has proved more successful than Ruben) Clay Aiken, LeAnn Rimes, Jessica Simpson, singer-songwriter-actor (and "Entertainment Tonight" correspondent) Carlos Ponce and the musical group LeJump5.

Wayne Brady ("The Wayne Brady Show") returns to the annual special performing "You'll Be in My Heart" with the performers at Disney's Animal Kingdom's "Tarzan Rocks" stageshow. Also making a return singing appearance is Bear, from "The Bear in the Big Blue House".

"That's So Raven"'s stars Raven, Anneliese van der Pool and Orlando Brown, "Smart Guy"'s Tahj Mowry, "Even Stevens"' AJ Trauth and Christy Romano (also voice of "Kim Possible") all perform "Circle of Life" from "The Lion King".

Also showcased is a tour of new Disney attractions. Raven takes us to Mickey's PhilharMagic at the Magic Kingdom, a computer generated 3D short film, starring Disney classics in 3D. "The View"'s Star Jones tours the Animal Kingdom, while "George Lopez"'s George Lopez shows off Disneyland Resort's holiday festivities. Florence Henderson, Maureen McCormick, Barry Williams, Susan Olson and Christopher Knight have a "The Brady Bunch" reunion at Disney-MGM Studios. N*SYNC member and astronaut-hopeful Lance Bass blasts off for fun aboard Mission: SPACE. Real-life astronauts Jim Lovell, Wally Schirra, Walter Cunningham and Winston Scott also try out this much-praised new Epcot simulation.

Making special appearances are the legendary Julie Andrews, Ripa's "Hope & Faith" co-star Ted McGinley, "Less than Perfect" star Sara Rue, "George Lopez" star Constance Marie, film and TV star Sofia Vergara and Miss America Ericka Dunlap. Robin Roberts from "Good Morning America" is the on-the-street correspondent.

One of the most exciting appearance should be Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas, famous for their Bob and Doug MacKenzie characters on "SCTV", who recently stole the show as moose in "Brother Bear", Rutt and Tuke are scheduled to appear in the parade. Wait a minute here— wait a dogone minute. This is supposed to be a parade, right? Over the past decade, the parade itself has become secondary to the entertainment, similar to the case with many award shows. Such is appreciated though, because as to be expected, there's a low turnover rate for new floats.
