Hereditary Genetic Problems

pretty....this person (who I knew) was totally out of it....it is EXTREMELY difficult to keep levels right while pregnant..."

Perhaps this is again a case of the childfree giving much serious thought to 'why' we would want a child, and examining all the possible genetic issues related to such a decision. And though many people decide that such problems won't stop them from reproducing, most childfree individuals do take into consideration the damage and/or suffering an offspring would have to endure, the threat of harm to our own health, and see this as yet another reason not to have a child.

Either way, genetic issues should at least be considered when thinking about reproducing. The ultimate decision is simply up to each individual, along with the risks and rewards inherent in such situations.
