Place this pizza on the table in place of the salad, and watch the WOW!

I will say this, there are an unlimited number of variations to this recipe, try something like this:

Smoked salmon, red onion, and spinach. Jalapenos, sausage, and shredded cheddar.

And finally, if you must have a salad, try making a normal grilled pizza dough, and then coat with the roasted garlic, and place your favorite salad right on top! May I suggest spinach salad? Excellent!
