A quote from a man whom is a Doctor of neurophysiology. He created a unique form of movement practiced by patients with neuromotor difficulties. Such as: cerebral palsy, strokes, MS, learning disabilities and autism. It helps improve flexibility, posture, strength , coordination, speech, and self image. Enhancing the patients range of motion to there fullest potential.

Feldenkrais can be learned from any age. Individual training is needed. The method is exercised through mind and body awareness. The practice of deep breathing and habitual movement focused on certain muscle groups enables a patient becomes able to move with less effort. Intergrating touch with movement a promotes sensory awareness. Giving a patient new choices and options on how to move the body in a different manner.
