Tom Files for Divorce After a full five months of marriage, Tom Green and Drew Barrymore have called it quits. He filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences." Tom says, "Drew is a wonderful woman, I love her very much. I wish our marriage could have worked out, I wish her much happiness." And Drew had mutual feelings of love and admiration. "Yes, it is true we have decided to part. I love Tom very much. He has always been a great friend and that won't change." This was Tom's first marriage and the second for Drew.

Harrison Stayed at McCartney's House The final days of George Harrison have been a mystery to this point. But a new report says Harrison actually stayed at Paul McCartney's secluded Beverly Hills home. The house is only minutes from UCLA Medical Center, where Harrison was receiving cancer treatment. And that may put an end to another mystery. His death certificate says he died at 1971 Coldwater Canyon Drive in Beverly Hills. His wife, Olivia, actually stated that address but it doesn't exist. And since giving false information for public documents is a misdemeanor offense, attorney Gloria Allred has filed a complaint with the Los Angeles County District Attorney. She says the rich and famous shouldn't be above the law. But even Paul pulled the switcheroo when his wife, Linda, passed away from breast cancer. He stated she died in Santa Barbara. But it turns out she passed away on their ranch in Arizona. He misled the public for privacy purposes. As for the Beverly Hills home in question, Paul actually purchased it from Courtney Love earlier this year. And Ellen DeGeneres once owned the house as well.

Tommy Keeps Custody You heard it here just last week. Pamela Anderson says Tommy Lee is an unfit parent and is seeking sole custody of their two sons. But a judge disagrees. He denied Pam's request for monitoring while Tommy visits with his children. Pam's lawyers then asked if the boys' full-time nanny could be present during the visits until psychological testing is complete. That was also denied. The judge did order him to keep his young sons off of Tommy's motorcycle, at least for now. Outside the courtroom, Tommy said, "I think it was fair. I just want to be with my kids." Pamela said, "I'm just acting like any other mother. I will protect my children until my last day and my last dollar."
