Scoop for the Week of December 14thPam Wants Full Custody Pamela Anderson says ex-husband, rocker Tommy Lee, can't be trusted. So she's taking him to court and seeking full custody of their children. Originally, the couple had decided on joint custody. But now Pam wants all of his visits to be monitored with their five- and three-year-old sons. She's also asking the court to order Tommy to take anger-management and parenting classes. In addition, she wants a psychiatric evaluation of her former flame. In court papers filed in Los Angeles, Pam states, Tommy is a "very angry, unstable man who presents a danger to others, particularly when he is using alcohol, as he is presently doing." Terminator Falls Down Arnold Schwarzenegger fractured his ribs after he had a motorcycle wreck. He was admitted into the hospital and has since been released. His publicist says the Terminator star is "in good spirits, feeling sore, but otherwise fine." And if you're concerned about the mishap messing up his holiday plans, Arnold had this to say, "Don't worry. This won't affect my skiing with my family at Sun Valley this Christmas." Arnold's scheduled to produce another Terminator flick, pulling in a record $30 million to - well, get back on a motorcycle as a futuristic cyborg. VH-1 Caters to Carey? During My VH-1 Music Awards, the cable network spoofed an MTV Total Request Live performance by Mariah Carey. The perforkmance came right before Mariah's breakdown. VH-1 is now saying they won't air the clip again because of time constraints. But a writer and producer for the special show says Carey's rep was putting pressure on the music channel. The clip was actually part of a montage, mocking everyone from Wayne Newton to Michael Jackson. Mariah recently took her own shot, downplaying her TRL performance. "It's not like we were on Nightline with Ted Koppel. I mean, we're talking MTV, and it was a joke." Daddy Duchovny David Duchovny and wife Tea Leoni are expecting thier second child in spring. The two are already the proud parents of a daughter, Madelaine West Duchovny, born in April 1999. David and Tea dated briefly before marrying back in 1997. Shortly after their marriage, he took on the big wigs behind The X-Files to get the show's production location moved from Vancouver to Los Angeles so he could be closer to his love. Last season, David left the show altogether. However, X-Files creator Chris Carter is working on a movie sequel that could have David re-teaming with Agent Scully (Gillian Anderson), mother of his TV baby.
