Hurley Not the Happy Mother-To-Be Elizabeth Hurley's pregnant but the daddy says he may not be the father after all. Former flame, multimillionaire Stephen Bing, says he and Liz didn't have an exclusive relationship at the time she became pregnant. He says he'll support the child if it does turn out to be his. But they won't be getting married. "It is her choice to be a single mother," he said. Liz isn't real happy with his claims. "This was the first I had heard of this and the implications are very painful, especially as I am shortly to give birth to his child." she said. "I loved Stephen enormously during the 18 months we were together. I was completely loyal and faithful to Stephen throughout this time as, indeed, he assured me he was to me." The two began dating right after she and Hugh Grant split up.

Bleeth Pleads Guilty Yasmine Bleeth won't serve time in jail for felony possession of drugs. She plead guilty in Michigan, where she was arrested after her car ended up on a median. Because of the plea, she'll serve two years of probation and will have to undergo urinalysis drug testing randomly. As part of the deal, prosecutors dropped one of the two felony counts against her.

Wahlberg Sued Mark Wahlberg was slapped with a $2 million civil suit by his former bodyguard. Leonard Taylor says Mark beat him up outside of a New York restaurant. The lawsuit claims Mark punched Taylor in the face and bit him on the arm. The documents filed in a Manhattan court state, Mark "maliciously and intentionally, and without just cause or provocation assaulted, beat and bit" the bodyguard. Taylor claims $1 million is for paying his hospital bills and the other $1 million is for punitive damages. Mark's rep used the "no comment" right.

Family Ties Star Sued She's not Jennifer Keaton anymore. Tina Yothers died her blonde hair black for her rock group Jaded. But a judge wasn't so jaded by the Ties child star. A judge in Beverly Hills ordered a $20,000 bench warrant for her arrest. The warrant was issued after Tina failed to make a court appearance. All this activity stems from a $5,050 small claims court suit against her and Bob Jones. Jones is the co-founder of Harvest Product, Tina's record label. A publicity firm said they were never paid for booking Tina on E!, Inside Edition and others to promote her band's new CD. She says she had no idea the firm wasn't paid and has nothing to do with the suit. She'll have her say in court January 10.
