Survivor Extravaganza One of the favorite Survivor II: The Australian Outback castaways is off the market. Elisabeth Filarski, 23, is getting hitched. Her boyfriend, Tim Hasselbeck, popped the question on his 23rd birthday earlier this month. He and Elisabeth attended Boston College together. She graduated in 1999. He's set to graduate next month and is looking to get picked up by the NFL. The two have been dating for three years but no wedding date has been set. Nick Brown, former Survivor, confirmed their engagement.

Will Elisabeth have $1 million to help fund her wedding? Not even the Survivors know the answer to that question. The winner of the cool mil won't be announced until the live reunion show May 3. You'll still see the two-hour finale and then the one-hour live special will follow. CBS claims all of the votes were cast during the final tribal council but they've been kept under lock and key this entire time. That means Bryant Gumbel, host of the reunion show, could potentially announce the winner instead of Survivor host Jeff Probst.

Still can't get enough Survivor news? Then let's take a trip back to the original cast. Gervase Peterson was on his way to a two-day acting gig on As the World Turns. In a limo, of course. But the driver didn't like the way Gervase was treating the car. So he attacked him. Gervase's publicist - yes, he has one now - says the driver exclaimed, "Dude, get your feet off my car seats!" An argument ensued all the way to CBS's studios. The driver proceeded to follow Gervase inside and then pushed him. While no one was injured, somewhere in the skirmish the limo's window was shattered. No charges were filed. And if you're wondering why he's not wearing his whistle at the YMCA anymore, he's apparently ditched that career for acting. He's appeared on Nash Bridges, The Hughleys, in a Florida orange juice commercial and covered Survivor: The Australian Outback for several news outlets.

You may remember Stacey Stillman from Survivor. But chances are, you're more familiar with her now than you were during the show. She slapped a lawsuit on CBS and Survivor creator Mark Burnett, claiming the reality-show was rigged. They countersued her for breach of contract and defamation. Stacey says Burnett persuaded castmates Sean Kenniff and Dirk Been to vote her off instead of 72-year-old Rudy Boesch. Sean denies he was persuaded to change his vote. But Dirk sat down with lawyers this week and gave a six-hour deposition about the incident. While the information will remain confidential until May, Stacey's lawyer says they're "very pleased with what Dirk said."
