Playboy Bound?
Fans of Survivor are no stranger to the former castmate, Jerri Manthey. But not in a good way. She's not a favorite of most fans and even got the boot from her own tribe. So just how popular would her nude photo spread be? Jerri's been telling friends that Playboy's asked her to pose nude. Howard Stern offered her $10,000 to take her top off on his show but she was much too proud for that. However, she told her friends at a party, "I may have turned down Howard Stern, but I want to do Playboy." You'll remember former Survivors Colleen Haskell and Jenna Lewis were approached by the skin-mag. They both refused.
Jerri also claims that she and fellow Survivor Colby Donaldson agreed to "get together" after the show was over "because we didn't want to be caught on air having sex." But even Jerri has a sensitive side. She says she didn't like how mean Colby was during her final episode. As for Colby, he's created another controversy for Survivor. He and Jerri won a reward challenge to snorkel in the Great Barrier Reef. But when they came back from their trip, Colby had graciously broken off pieces of the reef to give to his fellow castaways as a gift. Problem is, the reef is ecologically protected and it's illegal to take coral from the site without a permit. In fact, penalties could go all the way up to $52,800. The producers of the show have issued a formal apology but the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority is still continuing its investigation. Tom & Drew Green? Tom Green is famous for his practical jokes. But he says he's not joking now. He claims he married Drew Barrymore. And her rep says it's true. Drew and Tom initially said they were planning on a summer wedding. Her mom said they were getting married sooner than that. Moms are always right. Even the fire that destroyed their house couldn't stop their nuptials. And you probably remember the Saturday Night Live skit that turned into an unplanned walkout. Drew and Tom prepared to get hitched live on SNL at the end of Tom's guest host duties. At the last minute, Drew decided it would be "inappropriate" to get married on live television. This from a woman who jumped on top of David Letterman's desk and flashed him.
