Home Alone Macaulay Culkin's home alone days aren't fully behind him just yet. Mac, his parents and other parties are being sued by an insurance company for a deadly 1998 holiday fire. The incident resulted in four deaths and several others were injured. The fire started on the 19th-floor in the apartment Mac's mom and his six siblings lived in. Apparently, a heater short circuited and was responsible for the fire. When the Culkin's fled the apartment, they left the door open creating a "blow torch" effect. The insurance company is seeking compensation for damages it paid to victims of the fire.
