Busted...Again Robert Downey, Jr., returned to work this week after another arrest on drug charges over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Police received an anonymous tip on their 911 lines. The caller said there was a man with cocaine and guns at Merv Griffin's Resort Hotel in Palm Springs, California. Sources speculate that it was one of Robert's Ally McBeal co-stars that tipped off the police. He was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and methamphetamine, being under the influence of a controlled substance as well as committing a felony while out on bail. While no guns were found in the hotel room there was a Wonder Woman costume present. While Robert was back on set to shoot the final 2 of his 10 episodes contract, Ally execs were looking to have him hang around for a while. But the show's insiders say "all bets are off now." Robert was also looking to score a lead role in Basic Instinct 2. Rumor has it, he discussed the role over a game of tennis with Sharon Stone's manager, Chuck Binder. His current movie role is also in question. Robert's scheduled to be arraigned December 27. That's just two weeks before he's supposed to start filming the comedy America's Sweethearts.

The Clooney Catch He's off the market. Just weeks after nasty rumors that George Clooney sniffs armpits, looks like at least one woman wasn't listening. He's dating model Lisa Snowdon. They met in Barcelona, Spain, where George was filming a TV commercial for Martini & Rossi. Lisa's been making several appearances at George's L.A. home since they met.

Ellen Rebounding We've all experienced dating, dumping and the rebound. Looks like the rebounding Ellen DeGeneres and her girlfriend, actress Alexandra Hedison, have hit the splits. They almost lasted two months but reportedly had "had too many differences to be in a relationship." This comes on the heels of Ellen's breakup with Anne Heche. Maybe Ellen can consume herself with her new job. She'll be starring in a new CBS sitcom as a lesbian who returns to her small Midwestern hometown. Sound like John Goodman's Normal, Ohio, to you yet? Ellen's new show was originally planned to be a behind-the-scenes show like The Larry Sanders Show. But they've decided to change to the sitcom platform like her self-titled show was on ABC.

Geena's Getting Hitched Geena Davis, 44, seems to be back on top. She's got her new sitcom The Geena Davis Show on ABC. And now she's getting married. Again. This will be the fourth marriage for Ms. Geena Davis Emmolo Harlin Goldblum Jarrahy. Reza Jarrahy, 29, is a California surgeon Geena's been dating for the past two years. They became engaged over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Geena's former husbands include restaurant manager Richard Emmolo, director Renny Harlin and iMac spokesman/actor Jeff Goldblum.
