Hans Solo Harrison Ford's finished his requirements to qualify for mid-life crisis. He pierced his ear, got a new hairdo, left his wife of 17 years. Now all he needs to do is find a younger woman. Oh wait, he has. The 58-year-old actor's been getting cozy with a leading lady that's no stranger to celebrity news these days: 30-year-old Lara Flynn Boyle. She's been 63-year-old Jack Nicholson's on-again, off-again flame for the past year now. She was also spotted heating things up with Bruce Willis in an alley at the post-Emmys party. Harrison says Lara's not the reason he and his wife split. He has moved out of the Manhattan apartment he shared with his wife and into a New York hotel. And he and Lara got even cozier with a nice romantic carriage ride in Central Park.
A Fresh Face? Elizabeth Hurley sure has faced a rough couple of months. You'll remember that Liz claims she unknowingly crossed picket lines to shoot an Estee Lauder commercial. She's been labeled a scab and the Screen Actors Guild is threatening action against her. If things weren't bad enough for Liz, now she's about to be dumped by the company that caused the controversy. Estee Lauder is in serious negotiations with Gwyneth Paltrow to become the queen of cosmetics. Estee Lauder is less than pleased with the negative press Liz has been getting. Protesters bearing Scab signs showed up at her movie premiere for Bedazzled. And she got pretty friendly with married comedian Denis Leary. He even had some of Liz's Estee Lauder body glitter smeared on him.
Madonna's Wedding Did you get your wedding invitation in the mail? Madonna and Guy Ritchie are trying to avoid rumors that they're not getting married. But their camp is known for denying the truth. In fact, reps adamantly denied Madonna was pregnant with Guy's baby. Then, nine-months later came newborn Rocco Ritchie. It was when the Material Mom came home from the hospital with little Rocco that she noticed a paper bag on her nightstand next to her breast pump. She was about to throw it away when she realized it was a diamond ring. When asked about the 'engagement' ring, she said the two were happy as things were so why get married. But now they've booked a Scottish castle, the wedding invites are in the mail and they're still denying they're getting married. They say it's just a family outing. Dum Dum Da Dum.
