15 Minutes Of Fame Extended You heard it here first! Survivor winner Richard Hatch walked away with a million dollars and now he's walked away from second-degree child abuse charges. In April, his adopted 9-year-old son said Papa Richard put his hands around his neck after the boy was too tired to run anymore. Rich wanted the little fellow to lose some weight. Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black? Anyway, the state prosecutor in Rhode Island didn't have an explanation for dropping the charges but now they have a new case to work on. Richard says his son made the whole story up and now he's suing his hometown of Middletown, Rhode Island, and the state itself for wrongful arrest and defamation of character. See if this number sounds familiar. Richard is suing for $1 million.

And don't think Richard's the only one that walked away with some of Survivor's money. We all know that Kelly Wiglesworth took home $100,000. But the check's in the mail for all of the castaways...Yep, all of them. Third place contestant Rudy Boesch brought in 85,000. And Sue Hawk, fourth place, earned $70,000. But even Sonja Christopher - the very first contestant to receive the boot - took home $2,500. One of the more popular castaways, Jenna Lewis, netted $27,500. Checks weren't mailed until after the final episode because CBS execs didn't want the show's suspense compromised.

And if you're not tired of seeing those Survivors, you're in luck. Richard is rumored to be pitching a book about his experience on the island. He'll discuss his strategy in that all too familiar Richard tone. And you can look for Richard, Sue, Jenna and Gervase Peterson to appear on a special Survivor week on Hollywood Squares. Return From Splittsville Or did they even enter Splittsville? Elizabeth Hurley and Hugh Grant were spotted kissing and holding hands as they walked through a wealthy resort area on "holiday." While they've supposedly split, and Liz has received a lot of publicity for being Hugh-less, it seems they've either had a change of heart or they never really broke up. After all, when was the last time you took a vacation with your ex?

Third Party After All? Sources now say there really is a third party that came between Anne Heche and Ellen DeGeneres. Some say Anne left Ellen for her Psycho co-star, Vince Vaughn (seen here). But now a new circle of rumors has surrounded Anne and a secretive man on the set of her new film, John Q. It's not her fellow co-stars, Denzel Washington or Robert Duvall, though. The Daily News says this is a tactical move for Anne so she can revive her movie career, which has faltered since her relationship with Ellen came out.
