Montel's Marriage Busts TV talk show host Montel Williams announced that he and his wife, Grace, are divorcing. He says the split is not related to his battle with multiple sclerosis. He said it is "the challenges we've had as a married couple, which have led to this recent decision." Grace and Montel were married seven years and are working out the details regarding their two children.



Bening's Bouncing Baby! Baby Bening. Or is it Baby Beatty? At any rate, Annette Bening and Warren Beatty are proud parents of a baby girl. She weighed in at 9 pounds, 2 ounces. The couple hasn't said what they plan to name their new bundle of joy. Sources say they haven't really decided on a name yet. But they do have three other children named Kathlyn, Benjamin and Isabel. The oldest being Kathlyn at 8 years old. Bening's planning on taking some time off from filming. She was awarded the best actress award by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. She didn't attend the London ceremony. After all, she's got her own American Beauty to tend to.

Ted's New Bo He's scored a 10. You heard it here first! Now - finally - Ted Turner admits he's seeing Bo Derek. He separated from his wife, Jane Fonda, just recently. Rumor has it, she caught the "10" in bed with "The Ted".

Whitney Won't You voted! You said Whitney Houston should be charged for marijuana possession. In case you haven't been following this story, half an ounce of pot was found in her bag during a routine inspection at a Hawaii airport. But airport security can only arrest people for airport security violations. So Whitney boarded a plane and left a full 45 minutes before the real police arrived on the scene.

Hawaiian authorities have been trying to determine whether they will charge her with possession of drugs. Turns out, they don't feel it's one of their major cases. But you voted in Houston's Hawaii-Oh-No Poll and an overwhelming majority (90%) said she should be charged. And 35% of you said it was her celeb status that was holding this investigation up. But it looks like Whitney flew the coop and got away with it.

Disease Discrimination? Robert Urich is suing Castle Rock Television. He says they ended Lazarus Man because he had cancer. They also refused to pay him. So he's suing them for $1.47 million, the amount he would've been paid. Keep in mind other suits of a similar nature. Hunter Tylo sued after she was fired for being pregnant. She won that suit.
