Papa Don't Preach The Next Best Thing wasn't that much of a role stretch for Madonna. She's going to be a mommy - again. Yep, little Lourdes is going to be a big sister. Madonna's three months pregnant and the father's 31-year-old British film director Guy Ritchie. But the Material Mom has bigger plans for Guy than she did with Lourdes's father. She says marriage and more kids are not entirely out of the picture. And she thinks a little competition will do Lourdes some good. "I do think Lola should have a brother or sister.
