Who Wants To Be A Lifeline?
Rosie O'Donnell does! Or so she claims. On her talk show, she constantly boasts about her favorite
game show, Who
Wants To Be A Millionaire. She's always saying contestants should use her as the
"phone-a-friend" lifeline. But is she all talk? At least 10 of the game show's contestants
have requested Rosie as a lifeline. But she's said no. So what's the big deal? The next day
she's slammed them on the show for not calling. But Rosie's rep said she was contacted
by the show's producers but they wouldn't put her on the list because she wasn't at home
and would have to be contacted via cell phone. Is that your final answer, Rosie?
Storm Alert
Controversial clouds are looming over the highly acclaimed movie, The Hurricane. And it looks

other? Stay tuned for Round 2 of this prize fight.

And just because you're the big star doesn't mean the red carpet will still be rolled out
when you get to the premiere...20th Century Fox execs wanted to start without him! But
thank goodness for publicists. Leo's publicist threatened to withhold Leo's presence
altogether unless the movie was delayed. As Leo says, "If I insulted some Fox execs,
welcome to New York style." Be sure to tell your boss that next time you're late for work.
Matt Mad at Madonna
Perhaps Matt Lauer's not familiar with New York style. He popped his top
after waiting three hours for Material Mommy Madonna to show up
for her Today show
interview. He canceled her slot to promote her new movie, The Next Best Thing,
saying, "To hell with this. It's her movie that needs promoting, not us." But Madonna's
