Scoop for the Week of Oct. 8thIn The Driver's Seat Ever been dumped? You feel like you're the last one to know? Think nobody else has ever felt worse than you? Meet Minnie Driver. She's been labeled, "The Woman Who Can't Make Relationships Work." And she only dated two actors! Talk about unfair billing. To make matters worse, when Minnie dated Matt Damon she really was the last to know they had broken up. He announced the end of their relationship on the Oprah Winfrey Show. But now Minnie's back in the driver's seat. She recently announced her engagement to Mod Squad actor Josh Brolin (son of James Brolin). However, she wouldn't comment on how it's going to be having Barbra Streisand as a mother-in-law. Sexy Sabrina She can't twinkle her nose to get out of this one. Melissa Joan Hart, star of Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, is under fire for some revealing photo shoots. Melissa's just trying to get away from her Ms. Clean - without the bald head - image. The publisher of Archie Comics, who still owns the rights to Sabrina, isn't too happy about that. They say Melissa's comments about having sex and playing Sabrina drinking games have damaged the wholesome image of the Sabrina character. The publisher also wants to force Viacom to force Melissa and her mother (an executive producer of the sitcom) to apologize for these extra-curricular activities or leave the show. Looks like the publishing frogs never got kissed. Chocolate cake. Lots of icing. Mmm! Mmm! Mmm! This week's celebrity birthdays are delicious:
