The Ex-Files David Duchovny is getting a divorce. But not from Tea Leoni. He's saying bye-bye to the X-Files. Why is Mr. X, himself, becoming Mr. Ex? He says he's tired of the corporate nepotism that goes on behind the scenes at Fox. He also claims Fox's actions cost him millions and this is definitely his last year on the show. The truth is out there and David's searching for it just like his character, Fox Mulder. He's suing his employers for the millions they allegedly cheated him out of when they sold the rights to the X-Files for less than market value to other Fox companies. This, in turn, reduced the amount of profit sharing to stakeholders like David. The lawsuit also alleges X-Files creator Chris Carter was paid $30 million and promised another Fox series to zip his lip about the lost revenue share. Just as Fox Mulder says, "Trust No One."

Claudia's Cheating...Just An Illusion? Supermodel Claudia Schiffer was caught in a lip-lock...But it wasn't with long-time magician fiance David Copperfield. It was with an American fashion designer. And even though David was pulling a disappearing act, he insists those supermodel eyes are only for him. But that didn't stop the German magazine Die Aktuelle from reporting Claudia is really the magician, making David disappear. The couple's publicist is picking a card - any card - and the card says Claudia and David are still very much in love. And it was just two years ago when David sued a Paris magazine for reporting the couple's relationship was nothing more than magician and magician's assistant - a contract "relationship". Maybe David should just make those pesky little tabloids disappear.

What's In A Name? Thomas Jefferson High School. George Washington Middle School. South Park Elementary. South Park Elementary?? Yep, that's right. A school in England named South Park didn't think it was funny. They're changing the school's name to "The Orchards" in order to shed any association with the potty-mouthed American cartoon. The school governor was aware of the cartoon and since South Park (the school) heard of the notorious reputation that South Park (the cartoon) has, he decided it was time for a more pleasant school name. Maybe he won't have to worry about The Orchards - a cartoon where cats go around slaughtering innocent people with axes and turning them into fruit - coming out any time soon.
