Phantom Reviewers More Than A Menace For those of you who haven't been on this planet, there's a new movie opening May 19 called The Phantom Menace. Three newspapers just couldn't wait to get their hands on the keyboard so after their private screening May 8 in New York, they printed their reviews. Seems the industry standard is to wait until the day of a film's release. Needless to say, 20th Century Fox wasn't too happy. Maybe they wouldn't have been so upset if the New York Daily News, Toronto Star and Los Angeles Daily News hadn't given the most eagerly anticipated film of the year something more than a lukewarm reception.
She Doesn't Want To Be Caged! Nicolas Cage and Patricia Arquette are having marriage problems. Sound normal? Well, sources say the two have never lived together, Nic's never given up the girls and Patricia has had enough. Tabloids have reported Nic has been galavanting around London with some strippers. Meanwhile, Patricia's family is encouraging her to leave. She wants a baby and a 'normal' family life. But Nic's not letting go so easily. Seems he loves Patricia and wants to make it work.
