Grooming and your cat

For all cats, grooming is very important. Additionally, grooming has other benefits. Besides getting rid of excess hair and the bonding aspect, it prevents matting in longer haired cats and can be a good way to find pests such as fleas. Grooming can help reduce dander problems. It also provides a way to inspect your cat's coat for other problems like skin irritations, wounds, hair loss, etc. The sooner you find these problems the better. But the best reason is just because cats love all the attention.
