  • Team Rahal is down to one car, driven by Jimmy Vasser, but they'll also compete in the Indy 500. But here's a hot one -- the latest rumor has Memo Gidley negotiating for ride in a not-yet-named-sponsor car.
  • Someone high up in Toyota wants Tora Takagi in CART, and so Walker Racing will be back in 2002. The thing is, Takagi is actually the most promising of the Japanese-sponsored drivers to come to the series.
