#3 Many Levels of Kindness
The beauty of this idea is that it can happen on many levels in our lives time and time again. Although the film showed large scale examples of kindness, we can bring 'paying it forward' to light through both large and small actions. The main idea is to spread the word - just like the saying from a few years ago, "practice random acts of kindness". It is amazing what can happen when we empower each other with reminders of kindness.

#4 Action
'Paying it Forward' brings us to action. That is where true personal transformation is. When we act with kindness and bring about positive change in the world, then we suddenly see our own gifts and strengths in a new light.
