CANADA'S YUKON - Page 3

Eagles soar the sky in this part of the Yukon, riding the wind currents as they search for dead or injured animals on the ground that will be their next meal. They also streak from the sky, snatch a fish from a river, clutch it in their talons and fly away to enjoy this delicious delicacy. A breathtaking sight.

A trip to the Beaufort Sea may provide you with the opportunity to spot a beluga or bowhead whale. Polar bears and bearded seals live here, as well as a wide variety of birds.

I you love wilderness vacations, spectacular scenery and catching a glimpse of meandering wildlife then Canada’s Yukon is the place to go.
