NIAGARA FALLS, CANADA

Weather permitting, the helicopters fly daily. Niagara Helicopter Limited can be found at the junction of the Niagara Parkway and Victoria Avenue in the heart of Niagara's magnificent gardens. While in the vicinity, be sure to visit the Floral Clock.

The Floral Clock is located in the beautiful Botanical Gardens. From early spring until the Fall, the gardens are ablaze with color. The Floral Clock has a different theme each year and is a wonder in itself. The School of Horticulture maintains the clock and the gardens.

Adjacent to the Botanical Gardens is the Butterfly Conservatory. This is a sight that you certainly don't want to miss. There are over 50 species of butterflies at the Conservatory that you view in a lush, rainforest setting. As you stroll the 600-foot pathway, you will see these magnificent butterflies fluttering about in the green foliage. If you're lucky, one might even decide to land on you. The Conservatory has a climate-controlled environment where visitors are able to watch an "emergence" and see the most recent arrivals. There is also a display that explains the life cycle of the butterfly. This is Niagara's newest attraction and is a natural wonder in itself. The Butterfly Conservatory is located in Niagara's Botanical Gardens just south of the Floral Clock.

If you like museums, there are several in the Falls. Two of my favorites are the Louis Tussaud's Wax Museum and Guinness World Book of Records.

The Wax Museum has lovely life-like displays of many celebrities. Dorothy and her friends from The Wizard of Oz, Queen Victoria, Bill Clinton and Tom Cruise are just a few of the figures in the museum.

The Guinness Book of Records is a learning experience. Discover the richest, shortest, fattest people in the world as well as other amazing feats that have been recorded. The museum is located on Clifton Hill.

The Haunted House is a ton of screams for those who enjoy a spooky setting. Ghosts and skeletons are in abundance. A real fun place. It is also located on Clifton Hill.

For those with young children, Marineland is a fantastic spot. The dolphins and killer whale shows are always filled to capacity, so be sure to arrive early. These shows are a lot of fun as well as educational. You will come away with a much better understanding of these marine mammals.

One of the newest attractions to Marineland is the white,
