In some provinces, it is free to everyone, the costs coming from money collected for provincial taxes. In other provinces, citizens are billed separately for an annual medical insurance coverage. Medicine is a for-profit industry in the USA, part of the "every man for himself" capitalist system. July 1 and July 4. We are the same and we are different.
