Where to locate Dutch oven cookware
Good Dutch oven cookware is hard to find, especially if you live away from the larger metropolitan areas. I'm fortunate because Placerville Hardware in Placerville, Calif. and Home and Farm Kitchen Supply in Jackson, Calif. each offer a fair selection of Lodge cast iron cookware. But when I need accessories, like a sturdy Dutch oven table, I turn to the Internet.

Do you like to bounce ideas off experienced Dutch oven cooks? Message boards and chat rooms are a valuable source of information, especially if you're that patient sort.
