Now in its seventh year, the Hospice du Rhône annual event will bring together many of the world's most distinguished producers of Rhône varietal wines for a weekend of tasting, education, dining, and celebration. The Seventh Celebration will take place in various locations in and around Paso Robles on June 17 - 20. Among those wineries scheduled to participate and pour are E. Guigal, Chateau de Beaucastel, Chateau la Nerthe, Chateau Routas, Glen Fiona, Hardy's, Penfold's, Henschke, and Leasingham, as well as most of California's Rhône varietal producers; over a hundred wineries will be represented.

The affair enjoys approximately equal participation by wine industry professionals and enthusiastic consumers. Along with special seminars and vertical tastings, the public is invited to attend the Grand Tasting on Saturday afternoon. A $25 ticket ($35 at the door) will entitle you to sample the products of about 130 wineries.
