Water Conservation


Another way of getting the correct amount of water to specific plants is to group plants with similar water needs together. You don't want to plant a drought-resistant ceanothus, for example, next to thirsty impatiens. Also note the areas of your garden that are hot, dry, shady or damp, and place the right plant in the right place.
