The Great Pumpkin !

For those of us familar with Linus , a Peanuts cartoon character, we were knowledgable of his unwavering devotion to The Great Pumpkin. Although Linus did not base his devotion because of how tasty and good pumpkin can be , I thought it might be nice to highlight this great gourd especially in light of this present fall season.

Pumpkin is very versatile and has been incorporated in cooking from appetizers to main dishes to desserts.
